then
100 Double Unders
20 Thrusters (m: 155lbs, w:100lbs)
15 Burpee box jumps (m: 24″, w: 18″)

I was thinking the same thing.
Question for those back in Tucson who were interested in shirts from Crossfit Oahu: they don’t have the “leighed out” crossfit endurance shirt, the one they have is a bit more generic. I’m still going to get one, do you still want one James / Kirk?

oh and ps. i would definitely call not using pain killers during pregnancy “womaning up” i dont know when a man would ever do it.

I have heard from many Doctors, as well as others in the know, that pregnancy is not the worst pain a human can endure.

Nevermind on the shirt. Thanks though. Also, I hear smart water is good for longer runs/workouts–it has electrolytes. It is supposed to be like gatorade without sugar. Of course, you could eat too.

although im sure its not the worst pain one can endure, it might be the worst pain someone *chooses* to endure. and i assume the people you were talking to were men? whats that saying, something like if men had to give birth the human race would go extinct.
oh and smart water has sugar.
