Congrats Robert! He is beautiful! He’ll be CrossFitting in no time!

  2. Ryan Smith Says:

I was thinking the same thing.

Question for those back in Tucson who were interested in shirts from Crossfit Oahu: they don’t have the “leighed out” crossfit endurance shirt, the one they have is a bit more generic. I’m still going to get one, do you still want one James / Kirk?

  3. Congratulations Robert! Thats really great and apparently, your wife didnt need crossfit to make her tough!:)

  4. oh and ps. i would definitely call not using pain killers during pregnancy “womaning up” i dont know when a man would ever do it.

  5. Tami,
I have heard from many Doctors, as well as others in the know, that pregnancy is not the worst pain a human can endure.

  6. Ryan,
Nevermind on the shirt. Thanks though. Also, I hear smart water is good for longer runs/workouts–it has electrolytes. It is supposed to be like gatorade without sugar. Of course, you could eat too.

    Tami,
The above comment was actually mine, I just forgot to change David’s info for mine.

  7. although im sure its not the worst pain one can endure, it might be the worst pain someone *chooses* to endure. and i assume the people you were talking to were men? whats that saying, something like if men had to give birth the human race would go extinct. :) oh and smart water has sugar.

  8. Kirk Jacobs Says:

Thanks for the tshirt info Ryan I too will pass

  9. Congradulations Robert
