150 Wallballs (m:20lbs, w:14lbs)

Crossfit Strength Bias:
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1
then
on the min for 10 mins:
25/50 sprints
–Sprint 25m, touch the ground turn and run back 50m, touch the ground and run back 25m to starting point. Rest the remainder of the min.
